What Users think about Primerica Financial Services A & S

A representative of Primerica requested me for an interview regarding my accounting application online.  During the interview, the representative invited me to learn more about the company. She mentioned that it will only take 16 minutes (maybe 60 minutes).  Maybe I heard it wrong but I thought it was just for 16 minutes.  Anyhow, I parked my car on a 1-hour zone, thinking I was just staying for an interview of 30 minutess or less; but it turned out to be more than 2 hours.  During the so-called "company overview" / seminar, I told the team leader that I needed to move my car, but he told me that I should be fine.  So I told him, if I get a parking ticket, he should be paying for it.  Well, it turned out, that I did get a parking ticket for $30. And  so I went back up to their office to demand for reimbursement.  Luckily, I bumped into him by the elevator.  He had two $20 bills, so he gave me one of them and told me to come back for the remaining $10 next time.  But I suggested that he ask for change from his coworkers, so that's when he turned to be very upset about the reimbursement.  He did pay me $30 in total after all.  Then he told me that I have a problem with trusting people.  But I told him that I don't know him and trust needs to be earned and that I was giving him a chance to keep his word.  He then disrespectfully walked out on me on the elevator.

Anyhow, if the recruit decides to work for this company, they would pay a one-time fee of $99 (FBI fees and state fees).  Also, a monthly fee of $25.00 for online training for 3 licenses. In return, the company will pay for the exam fees for the 3 licenses.  However, even if you get to pass the licensing, you will still have to pay the $25 monthly fee as long as you are a member of their team.  So I guess, you will be paying for the licensing fees in due time, and also a subscription fee for whatever it is.
Also, your earnings from this company will be based on your sales and also from the sales of your own recruits (downline / pyramid).

I am making a suggestion to this company, that they should at least let their recruits move their cars if they are being invited for 2-hour interviews.  Also, they should be upfront to the candidate that the interview is related to sales and is not directly related to the job they applied for.  I just think that this company has no regard for the value of an applicant's time at all.
